Millennium UPS is a national service & solutions provider for emergency power equipment and infrastructure. Millennium UPS provides UPS & battery maintenance, system repairs, emergency response and sales of new UPS systems and other power related equipment. Millennium UPS was established in 2012 by Michael & Jazsmine Lomeli after working in the industry for over ten years and realizing that the industry lacked ethics and integrity on many levels. Michael is a US Army Veteran, customer service focused, and technology driven, inclined with entrepreneur ideals. Michael brings over 20 years of experience in both the Information Technology and the Critical Power industries, he was able to build the foundation of Millennium UPS to provide the level of service he felt the industry needed. Jazsmine brings over 15 years of national sales and account management experience, and currently manages daily operations and accounting for Millennium UPS. Together, they have built a successful team, never settling and continuing to improve processes & operations. They continue to strive to build lasting business relationships with not only the customers but with vendors and contractors as well. Millennium UPS has continued to prosper each and every year while continually adding new experts to the Millennium UPS Team.

The Millennium UPS Team includes personnel that have extensive experience & knowledge of critical power equipment, Government bidding processes, customer service and technical support tasks. They are committed to meeting customers’ needs and exceeding all expectations on a daily basis. The Millennium UPS sales team has contributed to building a widespread clientele base nationwide. Ranging from large scale private & small business in many different sectors of the workforce to include many government entities, such as County, City, State and Military projects/contracts.

Millennium Quality Policy

Millennium UPS is committed to meeting our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations by continuing to improve our services as outlined by the ISO 9001 quality management system requirements. To accomplish this, Millennium UPS makes the following undertaking:

  • To identify what parts of the quality management system are deficient and what needs updating.

  • To introduce the concept of a corrective action request to all staff and begin the process of continuous improvement and monitoring of the business process.

  • To develop a consistency of purpose that embraces the concept of quality management in all areas of Millennium UPS’s operations with the aim of delivering quality and practical solutions to our customers.

The management team of Millennium UPS is committed to the adoption of a quality management system and the policy objectives listed. To achieve these goals the management team is directly involved in the quality management system itself. Such leadership indicates the significance of the quality management system to all employees, the company, our suppliers and our customers. The quality management system shall focus on the needs and expectations of our customers who will receive practical and quality solutions from a well-trained and helpful staff at Millennium UPS. Management shall ensure that the quality policy, quality objectives and Millennium UPS’ commitment to quality is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
